About the Role

As a Senior Social Strategy Consultant at Major Players, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing LinkedIn strategies tailored to the needs of leading global tech companies.

This dynamic role combines remote flexibility with dynamic office collaboration, offering the best of both worlds. You'll leverage your deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, tools, and algorithms to craft strategies that drive engagement, build thought leadership, and foster thriving online communities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Community Building: Design and implement initiatives to grow and engage LinkedIn communities, establishing clients as industry leaders.
  • Client Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor to global tech brands, providing expert insights, recommendations, and solutions to complex challenges.
  • Performance Analytics: Use LinkedIn analytics tools to track and report campaign performance, delivering actionable insights and strategy refinements.
  • Market Expertise: Stay ahead of LinkedIn trends, tech industry shifts, and emerging social strategies to position clients at the forefront of innovation.
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 years of senior-level experience in social strategy or consultancy, with a focus on LinkedIn and B2B/tech brands.
  • A proven ability to craft and implement successful LinkedIn strategies for global technology companies.
  • Expertise in building and managing LinkedIn communities to enhance brand presence and foster engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategy optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative approach to working with clients and creative teams.
  • A forward-thinking mindset, passionate about staying ahead of social media trends and technological advancements.
