About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team at StartMonday as a Boiler Breakdown and Servicing Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking boiler fault-finding, breakdown, and servicing within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake boiler fault-finding, breakdown, and servicing within a designated area
  • Provide excellent customer-facing skills and communication
  • Work independently as a self-motivated Gas Engineer
  • Participate in product training and development
  • Meet performance targets and deadlines
Requirements
  • ACS Core & Boilers certification (CCN1 and CEN1)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous Fault-finding or Breakdown experience (Minimum of 3+yrs)
  • Excellent customer-facing/communication skills
  • Experience of working on Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Viessman, Baxi, Ideal, etc
