As a key member of the QA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems through automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test pipelines using Playwright to ensure seamless integration with the development process.
  • Analyze and review functional and non-functional product requirements to identify potential gaps and ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Create and execute automated tests to validate software systems, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Take ownership of the system's quality, collaborating with the QA team to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Manage and triage defects, ensuring effective resolution by the team and driving continuous improvement.
  • Advocate and implement QA best practices, contributing to the establishment of test automation standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in QA engineering, with a strong background in writing automated tests for web and non-web applications.
  • Proficiency in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, with fluency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Git/GitHub.
  • Experience with Jest, Playwright, and BDD tools such as Cucumber.

Desirable Experience:

  • Working with high-volume, high-availability enterprise systems.
  • Building or testing REST and/or WebSocket-based APIs.
  • Experience with trading applications in a production environment.
  • Performance testing with tools like K6, Artillery, or similar.
