About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex. As an ANP, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients of all ages, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver seamless care delivery.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients.
  • Manage chronic disease reviews and acute presentations.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as required.
  • Address minor injuries and illnesses.
  • Offer health promotion and disease prevention advice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in clinical audits and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Location and Working Hours

This role is based in Chelmsford, Essex, and requires full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
