We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to drive a positive safety culture and compliance within our organization.
This exciting opportunity involves implementing best practices, ensuring regulatory standards are met, minimizing environmental risks, safeguarding our reputation, and maintaining high safety levels for all stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing and improving compliance performance across two locations, exceeding requirements in areas such as:
- Safety
- Environmental permit compliance
- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Packaging waste management
- ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria
- Carbon accounting
To succeed in this role, you must have extensive SHEQ experience and hold a certificate of technical competence. Experience in the waste industry is desirable, but not necessary.
You should be focused on delivering results, logical in approach, and able to analyze data to formulate action plans.
A competitive salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
