Finance Manager Opportunity at RG Consultancy

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at RG Consultancy. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Director in driving company growth and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage a small finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
  • Prepare and review monthly Management Accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and accruals and prepayments
  • Support the Financial Director in developing and implementing financial strategies to drive company growth
  • Assist with year-end and audit preparations, including VAT Returns and other financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Financial Director and other senior management team members

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA part qualified or working towards a professional accounting qualification
  • At least 2+ years experience working as a Management Accountant, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality financial results
  • Experience in managing or supervising a small team, with a strong focus on leadership and development
  • Strong IT skills, including accounting software and MS Excel, with experience using bespoke systems an advantage
