About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team at TEKsystems. As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the solution architecture lifecycle, working closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architecture, product management, and analysis to deliver successful, predictable, and repeatable implementation of solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the standardisation of the solution architecture capability, including documents, principles, policies, standards, and methodology.
  • Take ownership and delivery of individual solution architecture projects, working on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain views of architecture for enterprise planning and discovery.
  • Translate enterprise architecture deliverables into high- and low-level solution designs.
  • Work with selected partners during the design and implementation of business technology solutions.
  • Lead CRM/Customer Portal Solutions architecture delivery for multiple concurrent business projects.
  • Make justified decisions about architectural patterns most suitable for projects.
  • Communicate effectively within the team and stakeholders.
  • Document and obtain agreement with stakeholders for decisions, buy vs. build decisions, and early-phase project estimates.
  • Escalate architecture design issues to stakeholders related to possible alternative solutions.
  • Innovate and excite by bringing technology opportunities to remedy business pain points.
