Nurturing Children's Growth and Well-being

Join our team as a Residential Support Worker and play a vital role in the lives of 5 children with autism and learning disabilities living in a spacious, detached house in Orford, Warrington.

Salary and Benefits: £29,719 per annum, including one sleep-in shift per week. Hourly rate: £12.00, increasing to £12.50 per hour upon completion of qualifications. Additional benefits include Simply Health cashback scheme, fully funded Young People & Families Practitioner Level 4 qualification, and Bright Stars bonus payments.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Establish a warm and welcoming environment, fostering a sense of belonging among the children.
  • Support the children with daily routines, education, and activities in the local community, ensuring their overall well-being.

Requirements:

Experience as a carer is welcome but not essential, as comprehensive training and induction are provided. A driver's license is an advantage but not necessary. We seek someone who is friendly, approachable, and committed to delivering outstanding care.
