Job Title: HVAC Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of HVAC Mechanical projects from tender handover to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage project development from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control.
  2. Directly oversee design review, procurement, programming, and cost management.
  3. Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project strategy is aligned with company goals.
  4. Lead technical submittals and coordinate with direct staff and sub-contractors on site.
  5. Report to the Mechanical Director and liaise with clients to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in HVAC Mechanical project management, with a track record of delivering projects within budget and on time.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and mechanical engineering principles.
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  4. UK-based experience is essential.
