Craftsman Carpenter

Talent Finder is seeking a skilled Craftsman Carpenter to join our team in Halifax.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working with timber and possess strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring high-quality finishes on every project.

A competitive hourly rate of £18 per hour is offered, depending on experience, plus holiday pay and pension contributions.

This role involves working Monday-Thursday 7.30am till 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am till 15.00pm, with overtime available as needed.

The successful candidate will assist experienced joiners in preparing and assembling custom furniture pieces, maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhere to health and safety protocols, work efficiently to meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.

To be considered for this role, you must have demonstrated proficiency in timber work, including cutting, shaping, and joining, excellent attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
