Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Crisp Recruitment Ltd. As a Compliance Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the on-going compliance activities of our clients, ensuring all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, documented and communicated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain all necessary requirements to retain ISO14001 accreditation
  • Oversee environmental audits and ensure they meet standard requirements
  • Report Battery and WEEE data on a quarterly basis as a regulatory compliance obligation
  • Complete compliance spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring branch progress
  • Assist with ad-hoc audits, completion of various Compliance spreadsheets and check sheets, monitoring progress
  • Administrate Compliance training activities, including e-Learning
  • Upload and maintain policies and procedures on the Branch intranet
  • Liaise with business units to maintain compliance and awareness

Requirements:

  • Environmental or Business related degree
  • Strong knowledge of ISO14001 and Environmental Management Systems
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to undertake a variety of analysis and maintain accuracy and quality
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Good attention to detail
