Job Responsibilities

As a Principal Consultant, your key responsibilities will include anchoring the engagement effort for assignments, from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development, and deployment. You will be pivotal in problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes and deliverables.

You will also serve as a thought leader in your domain, providing key advice to architecture and design reviews, and anchoring business pursuit initiatives, client training, and in-house capability building.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing IT applications, expertise in industrial automation, and manufacturing execution systems. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience in iBase-t integration with shop floor systems and ERP, PLM/other applications, and have implemented multiple projects involving solution designing and architecture for Solumina iBase-t.

Other requirements include defining new architectures, driving independent projects from an architectural standpoint, and having experience in defining technology solutions for discrete manufacturing or aerospace domains to solve business/IT problems.

Preferred Qualifications

A preferred qualification for this role is experience in providing advanced technology advisory services, understanding market and technology trends, and a desire to work in a management consulting environment.
