Quantitative Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Data Analyst to join our Data Search & Analytics team. As a Quantitative Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with researchers and trading desks to improve productivity and optimize the use of data across the firm's trading systems. Your strong technical background, intellectual curiosity, and passion for data-driven decision-making in financial markets will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Become an expert in the firm's internal tools to help research and trading desks effectively utilize data in trading systems.
Proactively solve data-related issues to minimize delays and improve time to production for new data initiatives.
Manage the entire lifecycle of data sourcing projects, including acquisition, exploration, engineering, prototyping, and moving projects into production.
Collaborate with global teams, including researchers, data engineers, and quants, to deliver data solutions tailored to trading needs.

Requirements:
Advanced programming skills in Python; familiarity with C/C++ or C# is a plus.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in data engineering, data science, or quantitative analysis.
Python Developer background, or equivalent Python skills in one of the areas mentioned above, would be ideal.
Post-graduate degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
A strong interest in financial markets, data analysis, and programming.
Ability to work in a high-performance, high-velocity environment with a focus on delivering results quickly and efficiently.
