About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our Platform Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality software solutions using a variety of technologies, including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform.
  • Implement test automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Work with agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and with high quality.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in Go (Golang) or experience with Java, C#, or Python.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
  • Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and team collaboration.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and serverless functions.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end testing frameworks.
