Job Title: Customer Contact

Job Summary:

Aberdein Considine is seeking a Customer Contact Consultant to join their Debt Recovery team. The successful candidate will work with clients and customers to resolve debt issues and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to discuss debt repayment options and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Work with clients to understand their debt recovery requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize assertive questioning techniques to gather information and identify potential vulnerabilities.
  • Conduct affordability assessments to determine the best course of action for customers.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating good customer service skills.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English with a minimum grade C.
  • Previous experience in the Financial Services sector or a regulated environment is advantageous.
  • Working knowledge of FCA guidelines and principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
