Job Title: Customer Contact
Job Summary:
Aberdein Considine is seeking a Customer Contact Consultant to join their Debt Recovery team. The successful candidate will work with clients and customers to resolve debt issues and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to discuss debt repayment options and provide solutions that meet their needs.
- Work with clients to understand their debt recovery requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize assertive questioning techniques to gather information and identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Conduct affordability assessments to determine the best course of action for customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, demonstrating good customer service skills.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English with a minimum grade C.
- Previous experience in the Financial Services sector or a regulated environment is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of FCA guidelines and principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
