Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR operations team. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR Director and deputise for the HR Director on a regular basis. This role will involve a mix of strategic, operational, and project work, managing a team of 4 HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the business goals of our client.
  • Manage the HR operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide HR advice and guidance to senior management and employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and grievances.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of HR staff.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • Strong foundation in core HR, including employee relations.
  • Proven people management experience, including team leadership and development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
