Financial Restructuring Lead
You are a highly skilled professional with experience in restructuring advisory and formal insolvency. In this role, you will work closely with partners and senior management on both restructuring advisory and formal corporate insolvency engagements.
Key responsibilities include conducting short-term cash flow reviews, independent business reviews, and formal corporate insolvencies, mainly Administrations - both trading and pre-packs. You may be part of a project team or lead a smaller team yourself, with all the support you need from peers and senior team members to help you learn and develop in these roles.
A key aspect of the role is developing your own external network of peer-level contacts at various organizations that refer work to the business. This includes local firms of solicitors, lenders, and corporate clients.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Experience in both restructuring advisory and formal insolvency, with a focus on independent business reviews and Administrations
- The ability to build strong internal relationships within Restructuring and across other services, and actively participate in business development
- Skills or desire to be a good manager of people, providing feedback and performance reviews to junior staff
Ideally, you'll also have:
- A professional accountancy qualification, which is highly desirable but not essential
- A CPI qualification, which is an advantage but not essential
The firm offers a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, flexible working arrangements, and career development opportunities. You can select benefits that suit your needs, covering holidays, health and well-being, insurance, savings, and a wide range of discounts and promotions.
