Are you a seasoned commercial professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with experience in managing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to project delivery. You will be responsible for assessing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks, preparing and presenting monthly cost reports, and certifying interim and final payments.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can provide commercial expertise and support to our team. If you have a proven track record in managing commercials over the full project lifecycle, with experience in both JCT and NEC forms of contracts, we would love to hear from you.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Randstad Construction & Property, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from education to healthcare, and mixed-use developments. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with a strong focus on commercial excellence.
