Job Title: Branding Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Branding Designer to join our team at Jumbodiset Group. As a Branding Designer, you will be responsible for creating design solutions for various clothing product types, including printed graphics and other applications/embellishments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop commercial clothing ranges with a focus on branding and marketing.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Design Team to ensure design solutions meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop presentation sheets and brochure artwork for sales and marketing purposes.
  • Respond to customer design requirements and make necessary design amendments.
  • Originate accurate artwork for prints, embroideries, packaging, and branding tools.
  • Maintain a commercial awareness of garment costs and provide design solutions within budget constraints.
  • Liaise with the Account Manager and suppliers to ensure artwork is well-received and interpreted correctly.
  • Organise garment designs into the necessary format for approval.
  • Review and analyse strike-offs of prints, embroideries, and other effects.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and forecasted fashion and clothing trends.
Requirements:
  • Creative flair and experience in designing commercial clothing ranges.
  • Sound understanding of clothing construction and garment applications/embellishments.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • CAD Skills, proficiency in using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Effective time management and ability to provide design solutions to tight deadlines.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
  • Ability to work flexibly within a team.
  • Good communication skills with customers, suppliers, and team members.
