Residential Team Leader Opportunity

Shaw healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at Brynhyfryd. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in residential care, preferably in a leadership role
