We specialise in delivering personalised housing, care, and support services to help people across England live independently.

This role is based at Cabbell Road, Cromer, where we provide a safe and supportive environment for vulnerable adults or young people.

• As a Residential Concierge, you will receive and direct customer queries, developing relationships with customers and assisting with life skills.
• You will also handle emergency and challenging situations, providing excellent service to customers.
• Additionally, you will organise social activities and maintain security, as well as assist with health and safety responsibilities.

• You will have experience working with vulnerable adults or young people, as well as previous experience working under challenging circumstances.
• Strong communication skills are essential, along with confident use of IT systems.

The estimated salary for this role is £11.61 per hour, for 31.5 hours per week.
