Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced NPD Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of new products, ensuring high-quality visuals and documentation are maintained, and providing administrative support to the NPD team.
Key Responsibilities
- Photograph and upload high-quality images of new products and samples into gate documents.
- Manage gate sheets and create detailed briefs for samples, communicating effectively with the Studio Manager and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Assist the Studio team with tasks such as flower conditioning and sample preparation, maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Support the Studio Manager in ordering raw materials and coordinating courier collections and deliveries.
- Order development samples from wholesalers as needed, ensuring all required materials are available for ongoing projects.
- Assist NPD Designers with various tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Proficiency in photography, photo editing software, and Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
