We are looking for an experienced Estate Landscaper and Handyman to join our team at Cultura Connect in South East Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the estate's grounds, including lawn mowing, hedge cutting, strimming, weeding, pruning, and planting of shrubs.

You will have a strong background in landscaping techniques, building maintenance, and repair work, and be confident operating tractors and ground maintenance machinery and equipment. You will also be able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate with the team where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintenance and upkeep of estate grounds, including lawn mowing, hedge cutting, strimming, weeding, pruning, and planting of shrubs.
  2. Quality lawn care and weed control, maintaining and servicing equipment like mowers, strimmers, and power tools.
  3. Operating tractors and trailers, routine field maintenance, and fence repairs.
  4. Managing woodland areas, including felling, log splitting, and path and ditch maintenance.
  5. Assisting with general property maintenance, handyman duties, clearing properties, and driving errands.
