**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Associate Solicitor to join our Construction & Projects team in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, advising clients on contentious construction law matters.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Advise clients on construction law matters, including litigations, adjudications, arbitrations, and mediations
  • Work closely with our top clients to provide pre-action advisory work and support
  • Take a leading role in high-quality cases, demonstrating expertise and pragmatism
  • Collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations

**Requirements**

  • 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in construction law
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude, focus on quality, and determination to provide first-class service
