Neuro Occupational Therapy Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic occupational therapist to join our dynamic team at Sussex Rehabilitation Centre. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy interventions to patients with neurological conditions.

About the Role:
  • Provide evidence-based, flexible, and patient-centred occupational therapy interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Work closely with physiotherapists, psychologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of occupational therapy services within the designated team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering high-quality care, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To provide occupational therapy interventions as part of an evidence-based approach to meet the health and social care needs of people referred to our services.
  2. To perform an occupational therapy role for people referred to the post holder's clinical team with health and social care needs.
  3. To participate in the planning, development, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy services within a designated team.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum pro rata, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
