Oceanographic Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Hydrographic Surveyor to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their career in a rapidly expanding business.

The successful candidate will have the ability to undergo ongoing training courses and enjoy clear paths to progression. We offer a competitive salary of £62,500 per annum.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting hydrographic surveys using a range of equipment including sonar, GPS, and other geospatial tools. You will work on offshore and remote projects, providing accurate data and maps for clients in the marine industry.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of hydrography and geospatial surveying principles. You will also need to be proficient in the use of software such as QGIS or ArcGIS.
