Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PR Account Manager to join our team at Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp. This is a full-time role that can be hybrid in our HQ.

About the Role

The Senior PR Account Manager will be responsible for expanding client relationships, driving accounts forward, and suggesting new ideas for products and services. They will also be expected to maintain a consistent level of high-quality service across a portfolio of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients
  • Contribute to effective monthly forecasting and hitting income targets
  • Prepare business cases for new initiatives to increase revenue and/or efficiency
  • Work closely with the team to achieve the best results from client relationships
  • Run brainstorming sessions and understand the value of creativity on an account
  • Attend and present at client meetings and internal meetings to aid new business development

Requirements

  • Ability to look ahead and anticipate client and account needs
  • Use initiative to develop effective solutions to challenges and obstacles
  • Motivate direct reports and inspire confidence in the team
  • Deliver pitch presentations and conceive and manage events
  • Draft new business documents
