This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Physiotherapist to make a real difference in the lives of patients. As a Band 6 reablement Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for working with patients in their own homes to prevent hospital admission and support discharge. You will need to have recent UK experience within specialised physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC as a Physiotherapist to work in the UK.

NHS experience would be advantageous but not essential. A UK Driving License and Car for work purposes are also required for this role.
