  • Experience assessing presenting needs and working in a Psychologically Informed Environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality IAG.
  • Good knowledge of homelessness, housing, and welfare legislation and Safeguarding procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deal with challenging situations calmly.
  • Ability to manage a caseload and build successful relationships with external service providers and partners.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
What We Offer

Crisis is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that diversity is a strength, and our aim is to make sure that Crisis truly reflects the communities we serve. We particularly welcome applications from people who have lived experience of homelessness and people from all marginalized groups, communities, and backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary, interest-free loans for travel season tickets, cycle to work, and deposit to secure a tenancy, a pension scheme with an employer contribution of 8.5%, and 28 days' annual leave (pro rata) which increases with service to 31 days. We also offer flexible working around core hours, wellbeing leave, and more.

Alongside our excellent staff benefits, we will support your ongoing development to build your skills, experience, and career. We believe in creating a positive and ambitious workplace guided by our values of Bold, Impactful, Collaborative, and Equitable.
