Job Title: Senior Sealing Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sealing Solutions Engineer to join our team at Listgrove. As a key member of our Fluid Management business line, you will be responsible for the design, development, and introduction of sealing solutions and polymeric valve products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop sealing solutions and polymeric valve products
  • Conduct comprehensive design validation activities, including stress calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, Finite Element Analysis (FEA), and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
  • Work closely with internal and customer engineers/technical teams to optimize material and design elements for sealing conditions
  • Manage all aspects of product life, including factory awareness of customer feedback and requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related design or technical field
  • Project management qualifications a plus
  • Demonstrable understanding of sealing design parameters, such as temperature impact, friction, closing force, load direction, and physical/mechanical properties
  • Excellent understanding and experience of engineering design, modelling, and simulation software, such as AutoCAD and Inventor
