Clinical Services Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to join our team at a leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Senior Nurse Leader to take on a key leadership role in our Specialist Mental Health Service for adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a highly skilled and motivated workforce through recruitment, selection, development, and performance management processes.
  • Ensure the effective and efficient management and control of staffing, budgets, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure clinical services comply with statutory regulations and current legislation, meet quality standards, and deliver against key performance indicators.
  • Manage the effective implementation of clinical interventions and treatment designed to enhance the operation and quality of clinical services, evaluating through clinical governance and audit.
Requirements
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
  • A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referrals.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Strong team-working skills.
  • Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
