SEN Teaching Assistant

Job Summary:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside children in a school setting who have Education Health Care Plans and are considered vulnerable. This role is ideal for Psychology Graduates looking to add key experience to their portfolio before making future steps to becoming a Psychologist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and small group sessions to support children with Autism, Global Delay, and Speech & Language needs.
- Work as part of a team to develop and implement strategies to support vulnerable children.
- Build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
