Senior Software Developer - Algorithms and Mathematics

Spectrum IT Recruitment (South) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join their team in Bracknell, Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics and algorithms, with a proven track record of developing innovative solutions using C#.

The successful candidate will have a relevant degree in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a similar field, and will have a minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in algorithm development. They will be able to work effectively in an agile environment and will be comfortable with the company's hybrid working model, which involves 3 days a week in the office.

The company is looking for a candidate who is passionate about mathematics and algorithms, and who is able to contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, and will be able to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Requirements

  • Masters or PhD in mathematics, physics, computer science, or a similar field
  • 2+ years of commercial experience in algorithm development, ideally using C#
  • Agile working experience
