Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Class 1 HGV vehicle, transporting goods to national and regional distribution centers
  • Meet delivery deadlines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Load and unload goods securely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
  • Use GPS navigation systems and maps to navigate routes effectively
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and road safety standards while operating the vehicle
Requirements
  • HGV C+E Class 1 license
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience
  • Valid CPC and Tacho Card
  • Proven experience as an HGV driver, preferably with curtain sider experience
  • Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety
  • Solid understanding of UK road regulations and traffic laws
