Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with individual students to provide tailored support, helping them achieve their full potential. A key aspect of this role is providing 1:1 support to students with SEND, including ASC, communication needs, and other learning difficulties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers and other staff members to develop and implement tailored support plans for individual students
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents
  • Help students develop social and communication skills, as well as academic skills
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in working with students with SEND, including ASC and communication needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
