This is a long-term temporary position for a period of at least 6 months. As a Property Inspector, you will provide technical expertise to the wider contract management team.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect plant such as commercial heating and ventilation systems.
- Update and maintain statutory records.
- Allocate work to mechanical contractors.
- Assist in managing any maintenance required.
- Experience and qualifications relating to commercial boiler installation and maintenance.
- Qualifications at SVQ / NVQ Level 3 are essential.
- A current driving licence is required.
- A strong awareness of health & safety procedures.
- Ability to keep accurate records using various IT packages.
- A competitive rate of pay.
- Paid mileage for all business travel.
- Work flexible hours over Monday to Friday with no call-outs required.
- A long-term contract right through until at least April 2025.
- Paid weekly via Hays, with holiday pay in addition to your hourly rate.
