Senior Conveyancer

Role Summary: Senior Conveyancer - Residential

We are seeking a Senior Conveyancer - Residential to join our team at Resourcing Group. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing an existing caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, probate sales, leasehold and freehold matters, and re-mortgages.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a fee-earning role, with a sound knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing. They will also possess excellent client relationship skills, able to handle matters from pre-exchange to completion, and have a high level of professionalism and integrity.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with other team members to deliver exceptional results, meeting targets and exceeding expectations. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive excellent service throughout the transaction process.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
