Production Supervisor

Baltic Recruitment Limited is proud to be supporting our esteemed manufacturing client in their search for a highly skilled Production Supervisor.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving production outputs by training, developing, and managing a team of production staff. This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality products while ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company objectives.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production-related issues and improve overall performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role with a strong track record of delivering results.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
The Package:
- Competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus shift allowance for working an early/late shift pattern.
- 2 shift rotating pattern, earlies/lates.
