Job Overview:
PXS LTD is a leading specialist recruitment consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors. We are recruiting for a shift maintenance electrician to work on a shift contract in the Cheshire area.

Estimated Salary:£55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Undertaking remedial works and planned and reactive maintenance tasks on electrical, control, basic mechanical and building fabric systems. Covering all electrical distribution, controls, lighting, emergency systems, building services. Providing Electrical H&S and compliance engineering. Undertaking works on the power supply, lighting, power generation, HVAC, UPS, A/C units, etc. Supporting the maintenance team with ad-hoc tasks across all disciplines, including fabric maintenance.

Requirements:
The lead role requires experience supervising in-house staff and contractors, organising compliance and logging associated documentation. You should have PPM and reactive maintenance experience, proven building maintenance experience within a commercial environment, and strong planning and workload management skills.

Benefits:
23 days holiday plus statutory benefits. Varied shift pattern involving night working.
