Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive – Dispute Resolution

We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our dynamic team and work on a varied caseload under the supervision of experienced lawyers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of litigation within the County Courts and/or the High Court, as well as commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, property damage claims.

The successful candidate will be based in our Kingsbridge office and work predominantly from there with some flexibility to work remotely or from other offices. Applications are encouraged from Solicitors/Legal Executives with around 1 to 5 years PQE who enjoy networking and building client relationships and are looking for competitive market rates and opportunities for career progression.Key Responsibilities:
  • Work on a wide variety of disputes including property litigation, contentious trusts and probate, and commercial and construction disputes.
  • Network and build relationships with clients.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and experience of litigation within the County Courts and/or the High Court.
  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes.
  • Property damage claims.
