Job Title: Healthcare Support Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting service users with daily tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry. This will involve working closely with a supportive team and regular supervision from a dedicated supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients to develop independent living skills through activities like cleaning, cooking, and laundry
  • Assist with budgeting, welfare benefits, and accessing services
  • Liaise with other professionals to support service users with health and social care needs
  • Encourage self-care and utilise wellness tools to maintain stability and wellbeing
