Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality services to individuals seeking private careers consultations, tailored career guidance, and coaching. They will also develop and deliver comprehensive CEIAG programmes, which include careers education, information, advice, and guidance to students and prospective students.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with students with varying abilities, including those with moderate to severe learning difficulties and/or disabilities. They will require an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a proven track record of working successfully in teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Up-to-date Enhanced DBS Certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a Training/Teaching/Assessing/Verifying proven track record of working successfully in teams
  • Experience of delivering careers education activities to individual and groups of young people in schools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current job trends, markets, and opportunities, and employer networks
