Job Overview: Continuing Care Strategist
We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our team as a Continuing Care Strategist at Business Smart Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive quality improvements in our Continuing Care services, ensuring that they meet the needs of Children with Disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC), with experience working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to manage a diverse workload, with proven facilitation skills and a wide range of stakeholder engagement techniques.
The salary for this position is approximately $85,000 per year.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of our Continuing Care services.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure that our services meet statutory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive person-centred assessments, ensuring that Children and Young People receive the best possible care.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Local Government.
- Qualified as an RGN/RMN.
- Experience of assessing or knowledge of assessment and review process for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and NHS Funded Nursing Care (FNC).
