Join Our Team as a Data Analyst, Quality Assurance

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst, Quality Assurance to join our team at Specsavers. As a key member of our data team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a suite of data products, including reports and dashboards, to provide valuable insights into our People metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain data products, including reports and dashboards, to provide crucial insights into our People metrics.
  • Develop a new People Data Lake, enhancing our teams' capabilities and offerings.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support business processes with insightful analysis.
  • Design intuitive data products that promote self-service and partner with various business areas to understand their needs.
  • Maintain compliance with data protection policies and governance.

Requirements:

  • Confidence in Power BI, SQL, and a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in continuous improvement, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Contract Details:

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, working on a hybrid basis at our Whiteley office and home. We offer a competitive salary, plus bonus and benefits, and the opportunity to make a real impact on people data globally.
