Exciting Opportunity for Mobile Plant Fitter

Path Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our client, a national supplier of heavy construction plant machinery. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be working from home, covering the South Yorkshire area, and attending site breakdowns, fault finding, and carrying out maintenance on heavy plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site breakdowns and carry out repairs on heavy plant equipment
  • Carry out mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs
  • Adhere to health and safety standards and provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Mobile Plant Engineer, Plant Fitter, Plant Technician, or Plant Mechanic
  • Previous experience working on plant machinery such as excavators, diggers, rollers, dumpers, JCB, CAT, or Kubota
  • NVQ, City and Guilds qualification in plant maintenance or mechanical engineering, apprenticeship, or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license
