Resort Manager

Lark Hospitality invites applications for a seasoned Hotel General Manager to spearhead the Beach Breeze Inn's operations in Falmouth, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and develop your skills in hospitality management.

As General Manager, you will be accountable for:

• Elevating guest satisfaction through exceptional service delivery and quality initiatives
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and staff
• Developing and executing marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and average daily rates
• Building and nurturing relationships with local stakeholders, including suppliers and community leaders
• Implementing cost-saving measures and optimizing resource allocation to improve profitability
