Job Title: Psychology Graduate Learning Support Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school in Wandsworth. The successful candidate will work closely with SEND students and pupils who suffer from SEMH conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEND and SEMH conditions
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff
  • Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  • Provide emotional support to students

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in Psychology
  • Experience working with SEND students
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
