Job Title: Employee Relations Adviser

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Adviser to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will provide high-quality HR advice, guidance, and support services to our schools and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to Headteachers, Governors, School Business Managers, staff, and related stakeholders.
  • Support schools in a wide range of areas, including employee relations, reward, resourcing, and training development.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with schools and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Schools HR team to deliver HR services and projects.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an ER role providing ER advice.
  • Professional approach and ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude, with a can-do approach.
  • Reliable and responsive, with the ability to work at short notice.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
  • Basic DBS.
