Isbi is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic graduate to join our Education Team as a Graduate Academic Assistant. In this role, you will support students and staff, and contribute to the overall success of our Lower Years program. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to adapt to changing circumstances with ease. Salary: $52,000 - $62,000 per annum. Duration: Fixed term until the end of the 2024-25 academic year.
About the Position
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional to gain valuable experience and develop their skills in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Graduate Academic Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to support the educational and personal development of our students. Your key responsibilities will include providing guidance and support to students, assisting with lesson planning and delivery, and helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
