Global Head of Data Engineering

Randstad Enterprise, a leader in Global Recruitment Outsourcing, is seeking a visionary individual to drive value from data and lead our global data engineering team.

This role requires a talented professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the data/technology space, with at least five years of global experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ETL tools such as Talend or Informatica and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to understand priorities and drive the execution of business initiatives, leveraging data and systems across the enterprise.
  • Collaborating with the Global Head of Data Science, Governance, and the Global Head of Data and Analytics to develop a comprehensive data roadmap and strategy.
  • Leading projects that will enhance our architecture, infrastructure, and globally aligned products, resulting in significant productivity improvements and competitive advantage.
  • Upholding data standards and governance to ensure the protection and integrity of our clients' and candidates' data at all times.
